Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure import operations are accurate, compliant, and efficient. You will own import entry audits, strengthen customs processes, and build scalable tools with cross-functional teams and brokers.

You will analyze HTS classifications, monitor duty payments, and identify efficiency improvements with dashboards and automation. A focus on data accuracy and risk management is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to identify documentation and duty calculation errors.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to influence process improvements and proactively manage compliance risks.
• Experience with customs brokers and importer of record requirements.
• Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills; ability to create reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end import entry audit process, reviewing CBP docs and discrepancies.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections, validate duties, monitor broker performance and recover overpayments.
• Support HTS classification accuracy and resolve complex classification issues.
• Analyze import data to identify compliance risks and opportunities, develop dashboards and automation.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers, and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
