Job summary

Spreetail, a fast-growing ecommerce enabler, is hiring a Trade Compliance Analyst to strengthen import operations globally. You will own audit processes, ensure accurate HTS classifications, and work with brokers and cross-functional teams to reduce duty overspend and improve data integrity.

You will build scalable tools and dashboards, analyze data for compliance risks, and help implement efficient processes across Logistics, Finance, and Merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance including CBP Form 7501.
• Ability to review HTS classifications and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify compliance risks and cost savings.
• Experience working with customs brokers and importer of record.
• Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and automation to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own import entry audit process and maintain audit-ready records.
• Manage PSCs, validate duty payments, monitor broker performance.
• Support customs classification accuracy and provide guidance on HTS issues.
• Analyze import data to identify risks and opportunities; develop dashboards.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers to improve processes.
