Spreetail is hiring a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits, strengthen customs processes, and collaborate with brokers and cross-functional teams. You’ll build scalable tools to improve data accuracy and reduce duty overspend, supporting seamless global trade operations.

The role emphasizes working with U.S. customs compliance, HTS classification, and PSC management to ensure accurate duty payments and compliant import activities across Spreetail’s global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance (CBP Form 7501, origin rules, HTS).
• Analytical skills to detect errors and quantify impact.
• Experience with PSCs and importer of record requirements.
• Ability to create reports, calculators, dashboards, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Own import entry audit process and CBP documentation review.
• Validate PSCs, monitor broker performance, recover overpayments.
• Review HTS assignments and advise on classification issues.
• Analyze data to identify risks, savings, and process improvements; build tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve import data integrity.
