Livingston International is seeking a Release Customs Analyst to join our remote US team. You will manage timely processing, rating where needed, and release of client shipments in a high-volume, 24/7 environment, in accordance with our procedures and service standards.

You’ll create customs entries, verify documentation, determine correct duty values and HS codes, and collaborate with client services to resolve issues for on-time releases. Strong communication and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Responsabilités

• Process shipments and release in accordance with procedures.
• Create customs entries with correct client records and HS codes.
• Enter shipment data for release, rating and billing accurately.
• Verify duty value and tariff treatment based on invoices.
• Collaborate with Client Service to resolve documentation issues.
• Adhere to policies, SOPs and escalate as needed.
