Qualifications

• Experience with customs processes and documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and release entries for customs clearance across modes.
• Enter shipment data for release, rating, and billing with accuracy.
• Ensure correct duty value and tariff treatment using HS codes.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to obtain missing docs.
• Follow SOPs and engage automation tools to improve efficiency.
