The ideal candidate will handle high volumes, work with shipper documentation, and support billing and release tasks while maintaining service level commitments and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Process client shipments timely across multiple modes.
• Create customs entries with proper client records and keyword selection.
• Data entry of shipment information for release, rating and billing.
• Verify duty value based on invoice details and terms of sale.
• Coordinate with Release Import Analyst for missing documentation or instructions.
• Verify documentation for release conditions and compliance.
• Adhere to SOPs and client-specific instructions and alerts.
• Identify efficiencies to improve client service and operations.
