Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Release Operations Coordinator to manage release and entry processing for air and ocean shipments, including US customs releases. The role requires strong data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a remote team across multiple locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release and entry processing for air, ocean, rail shipments.
• Create customs entries selecting correct client records and HS code.
• Enter shipment data for release, rating, and billing in NSCs.
• Ensure correct duty value and tariff treatment per documentation.
• Collaborate with team to obtain missing documentation for releases.
• Monitor release status and ensure SOP compliance.
• Utilize system automation tools to support release processing.
• Maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and customs.
