Job summary

Livingston is seeking a Release Customs Analyst to join our remote US operations. You will oversee the timely processing, rating where required, and release of client shipments in line with procedures and service standards.

This role supports a 24/7 operation, coordinates with Client Import Analysts, and emphasizes accuracy, documentation review, and adherence to ESPs and SOPs to ensure client satisfaction and efficient customs clearance.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• CCS designation progression required; CCS exam mandatory for advancement.
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow in customs brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments accurately and timely across modes of transport.
• Create customs entries with correct client records, keywords, and HS codes.
• Enter shipment data for release, rating, and billing; ensure all fields are complete.
