Responsibilities

• Process shipments accurately and timely across all modes of transportation.
• Create customs entries with correct client data and HS codes.
• Enter shipment information for release, rating, and billing.
• Verify duty values and tariff treatment based on invoices and terms of sale.
• Coordinate with Release Import Analyst or client service team for missing documents.
• Ensure documentation compliance and adherence to SOPs/ESPs.
• Identify outdated procedures and recommend changes to improve efficiency.
• Support billing and data entry as needed.
