Qualifications

• No experience required
• High School/GED or equivalent required
• Associates degree or post-secondary education preferred

Responsibilities

• Process shipments timely across transportation modes
• Create customs entries and review client records
• Data entry for release and billing with complete fields
• Report correct duty value and HS code
• Verify release documentation for compliance
• Adhere to SOPs and client instructions; suggest improvements
• Respond to Call Center information requests professionally
• Support Production Manager in priority tasks
