Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or post-secondary education preferred.
• CCS certification progress or completion is required for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and release in a timely, accurate manner.
• Create customs entries with correct client data and HS codes.
• Enter shipment data for release, rating, and billing.
• Ensure correct duty value is reported per invoice and terms.
• Escalate release issues to appropriate teams as needed.
• Follow SOPs and ESPs and suggest improvements where applicable.
