Job summary

Livingston is seeking a Release Operations Support specialist to back the customs release pool, ensuring entries are processed on time and within service standards to maximize client satisfaction.

As part of the Release Classification Analysts and Import Specialists team, you will verify documentation, coordinate with clients, provide technical guidance, train colleagues, and participate in audits and performance reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist RCA's and IS's to ensure entries processed on time within service standards.
• Proactively verify documentation and accuracy of information.
• Contact Client Import Analyst for missing documents or instructions.
• Provide technical expertise to team members.
• Assist teammates with on‑the‑job training.
• Conduct internal audits of tariff and valuation for accuracy.
• Assist Manager in reporting performance statistics for Client Service Team.
• Participate in day-to-day operations, set priorities, and coordinate with others.
• Coordinate and implement electronic data relationships to gain efficiencies.
• Keep abreast of new systems developments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.
