Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a production supervisor-level candidate to oversee the timely processing, rating and release of client shipments in a remote USA setting. You will ensure adherence to Livingston’s procedures and service standards to meet commitment times.

Key duties include processing and rating across transport modes, creating customs entries, verifying duty values, and collaborating with analysts to resolve missing information.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments accurately and in a timely manner across transport modes.
• Create customs entries with proper client records and documentation.
• Enter shipment data for release, rating, and billing with complete fields.
• Verify duty values based on invoice details and terms of sale; select correct HS codes.
• Coordinate with Release Import Analyst or client service for missing documents.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ESPs, and client-specific instructions.
• Identify ESPs and SOPs to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Assist in billing and data entry where required.
• Support day-to-day Release Operations with the team.
• Leverage automation tools to improve release processing.
