Qualifications

• No experience required
• High School/GED or equivalent required
• Preferred: Associates degree or post-secondary education

Responsibilities

• Process client shipments timely across multiple modes
• Create customs entries by selecting client records and HS codes
• Enter shipment data for release, rating and billing
• Ensure correct duty value based on invoices and terms of sale
• Coordinate with Release Import Analyst or client service team for missing documents
• Verify documentation for release conditions and compliance
• Adhere to LI SOPs, ESPs and business rules per client instructions
• Identify ESPs and SOPs to improve efficiency and client service
• Respond to Call Center information requests professionally
• Support billing data entry and day-to-day Release Operations tasks
• Utilize system automation tools to support release processing
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain policy compliance
