Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a remote Release Operations Coordinator to support entry processing and shipment releases in a rotating biweekly schedule. You will prepare customs entries, verify documentation, and ensure accurate duty values while coordinating with carriers, clients, and internal teams.

The role requires at least 2 years in customs brokerage, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customs brokerage experience or related field.
• High School/GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release and entry processing.
• Create customs entries selecting client and records.
• Data entry for release, rating and billing with complete fields.
• Determine correct duty value and tariff treatment from invoice and sale terms.
• Collaborate with team to obtain missing documentation for release.
• Verify documentation for release conditions and rating compliance.
• Escalate release issues to appropriate teammates.
• Participate in daily Release Operations in NSCs.
• Utilize automation tools to support release processing.
• Open files for new shipments and prepare entry summaries as needed.
• Monitor status of Customs and PGA releases at time of release.
