Job summary

Livingston International in Texas is seeking a GIG Workforce member for Release Operations support. The role focuses on timely processing, rating (where applicable), and release of client shipments in a high-velocity environment to meet service commitments.

You will work within 24/7 operations at various border points, airports, and ports, supporting loadings, documentation, and billing while following Livingston’s SOPs and client instructions. This role offers flexible, on-demand opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Required: High School/GED or equivalent
• Preferred: Associates Degree or post-secondary education
• CCS/CSCB or NCBFAA CCS certification in progress or completed is encouraged as part of progression

Responsibilities

• Process shipments accurately and timely across multiple transportation modes
• Create customs entries with correct client records and documentation
• Enter shipment data for release, rating, and billing
• Ensure correct value for duties and tariff treatment based on invoices
• Coordinate with Release Import Analyst or Client Service for missing docs or instructions
• Verify release conditions and compliance documentation and certifications
• Adhere to SOPs, ESPs, and client instructions to maintain service levels
• Identify procedures to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
• Assist in billing/data entry when required
• Participate in day-to-day Release Operations with the team
