Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Release Operations Coordinator to coordinate release and entry processing for air, ocean, rail, and complex northern border shipments. You will report to the Manager, Service Delivery to ensure accurate processing and compliance.

Responsibilities include creating entries, data entry, verification of documentation, and adherence to SOPs while collaborating with clients, carriers, and customs.

Qualifications

• Familiar with customs laws, regulations, procedures and industry practices.
• Client service oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release and entry processing for air, ocean, and border shipments.
• Create customs entries with correct client records and HS codes.
• Enter shipment data for release, rating and billing in NSCs.
• Ensure SOPs and client instructions are followed; escalate issues as needed.
