Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a remote associate to engage with internal and external customers, facilitating CBP and PGA transactions and resolving entry-related issues. You will prepare documentation, analyze data, and maintain strong relationships with frontline personnel while supporting account management tasks and billing resolution.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and at least 12 months in brokerage/transportation or customer service, with proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 12 months of brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience required.
• MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment (phone, fax, photocopier, printer, scanner) required.
• Interact with customers, internal staff/departments and management of all levels. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Engage FedEx Trade Networks customers to facilitate accurate transactions.
• Facilitate entry processing, pre arrival and post arrival exception resolution.
• Prepare, analyze, and/or submit documentation to CBP and PGAs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer's front-line personnel.
• Support account management activities (exception logs, spreadsheets).
• Perform root-cause analysis as directed by the Account Administrator.
• Research and resolve customer billing issues.
• Coordinate post-entry activities on the customer's behalf.
• Manage entry verification and workload assignment.
• Access client systems and communicate with business partners via multiple channels.
• Produce operational trend reports and keep partners apprised of exception processes.
• Handle pre-alerts and respond per customer SOP.
• Maintain knowledge of FedEx products and services.
• Pay: paid training provided; remote role with schedule constraints.
