Job summary

FedEx Logistics in the United States is seeking an Account Administrator to ensure timely release and movement of freight, provide impeccable customer service, and prepare/sub mit customs documentation to keep shipments compliant and on schedule.

You will maintain broker relationships, resolve billing and payment issues, input data accurately, and generate operational trend reports while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of HTS classification and U.S. Customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable customer service and timely documentation.
• Prepare and submit documents to U.S. Customs and other parties.
• Identify and resolve problems delaying freight movements.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and service providers.
• Resolve billing and delinquent account issues.
• Enter accurate data into computer systems.
• Produce operational trend reports.
