Job summary

Young Innovations is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to a diverse customer base across phone, email, and fax channels. You will manage orders, provide product information, and coordinate returns and repairs, while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations teams.

This fully remote US-wide role requires strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years’ customer service experience in a call center or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with an order management system and CRM is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and faxes with quality service.
• Assist with order inquiries, tracking information, and product ETAs.
• Provide product advice, availability info, and account updates.
• Process returns, repairs, and logging of complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate outbound communications to resolve issues and follow up with customers.
