Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and PDF editors.
• Clear written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound support tickets and high-volume calls about orders.
• Reply to emails from customers, internal departments, and field agents.
• Document issues in the knowledge base and hand off details to other teams.
• Research court dockets to confirm filings and retrieve paperwork when needed.
• Follow up with field agents to keep orders progressing.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the team.
