Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a customer service associate to handle inquiries and provide exceptional support from a home-based setup. You will listen actively, protect customer information, and strive to resolve issues on the first contact.

The role requires at least 6 months in customer service, ability to type 25 wpm, and being 18+ with remote work capabilities. A college degree is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive.
• Communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback on call issues and contribute to process improvements.
