Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a Customer Care Representative to serve as the primary contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence. You will use web-based tools to resolve inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.

This role supports work-from-home arrangements, with eligibility for a flexible home office setup. A high school diploma and at least 6 months of customer service experience are expected, along with strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone/video call/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Answer product and software-related questions
• Provide and utilize articles to assist customers to their tax questions and calculations
• Apply defined practices, procedures and policies to troubleshoot and resolve issues with product/software
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Provide feedback on call issues
• Upsell if required
