Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking Remote Customer Service Agents to make an impact from home. This entry-level role offers onboarding training, a consistent schedule, and hourly pay with room for advancement, all in a fully remote setting.

You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, document interactions, and schedule appointments while maintaining high-quality service for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; additional education preferred.
• Prior remote customer service experience in a call or ticket-based environment.
• Tech-savvy with web navigation, computer apps, and multitasking.
• Able to troubleshoot basic issues and follow detailed directions.
• Strong verbal and written communication with quick rapport-building.
• Comfort working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Able to complete an extensive credentialing and background check.
• Fluent reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Update and document account details; track communications and opportunities to offer extra support.
• Inbound inquiry handling via calls and emails to deliver a positive, solution-focused experience.
• Technical troubleshooting and creating or escaping support tickets.
• Appointment management at designated service locations.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers stay informed.
• Provide consistent, high-quality service in a structured, supportive environment.
