Job summary

Five Star Solutions seeks customer service oriented professionals to handle inbound calls about debit card incentives, orders, and balances from a home office. You’ll follow scripts, research answers, and upsell where appropriate, while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

This BYOD, remote role supports shifts 7:00am–9:00pm CST, with paid training and a $15/hour base pay plus a $1 differential for nights and weekends. Full-time or part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Previous 3-6 months customer service experience preferred.
• Previous 3-6 months call center/background experience a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• A background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required.
• Must have verified internet service and a dedicated work area.
• Must provide your own equipment and workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Access company and client resources provided to accurately handle the call.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times.
• Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions.
• Flexibility to cross train as requested.
