Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract-to-hire administrator to be the first point of contact for technicians and contractors. You will handle inbound calls, research issues, and document cases in the system with strong attention to detail.

Remote-capable role based out of Albany, NY, with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. Prior call center experience and bilingual Spanish are preferred but not required, and benefits are available for eligible temporary employees.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate work experience in a customer support or administration role.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office suite.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from contractors and technicians related to job support
• Research and resolve issues that arise
• Troubleshoot project items that need attention
• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Enter critical information into the system for proper documentation of cases
• Prioritize critical issues and have strong attention to detail
