TEKsystems is hiring a Remote Operations Support Coordinator to serve as the essential liaison between field teams, contractors, and internal departments. This role emphasizes problem-solving, multitasking, and delivering a professional, solutions-focused customer experience in a fully remote setup with equipment provided.

Based out of Albany, NY, the position offers 100% remote work, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and initial in-person attendance for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating operations or field support is a plus.
• Ability to manage inquiries and document case details.
• Strong communication with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support contact for technicians and contractor partners
• Manage inbound calls and service-related inquiries
• Investigate issues, troubleshoot challenges, and coordinate resolutions
• Maintain accurate records and case documentation
• Partner with multiple departments to ensure timely project support
• Escalate urgent matters and help drive successful outcomes
• Deliver a professional, solutions-focused customer experience
