Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
• Getting deep on the product and navigating our app to fit customer needs.
• Resolving inquiries through effective problem solving.
• Processing service requests — vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Providing feedback to help ship improvements.
