Job summary

Frontier Coop in Norway, IA is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. You will process customer orders, resolve inquiries, and maintain data integrity to support vibrant sales processes.

Responsibilities include entering orders accurately, managing EDI and vendor portals, coordinating with Distribution and Finance, and keeping training and account records updated while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–6 months related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process case pack customer orders with 100% accuracy within deadlines.
• Process export orders following procedures for export orders.
• Resolve service or product requests promptly and accurately.
• Manage distributor sales email inbox and respond to emails.
• Collaborate with Distribution on order shipment issues.
• Use EDI and vendor portals to retrieve and process orders.
• Coordinate item setup and maintenance with Marketing and Field Sales.
• Maintain training docs on Amazon 1P order processes for backup use.
• Maintain email management system in M3 for order acknowledgements and invoicing.
• Maintain customer account notes for Distribution and Order Entry.
• Manage returns, credits, and freight arrangements with appropriate teams.
• Work with Finance on credits/debits and deductions questions.
• Forward customs documents for Canadian accounts as needed.
