Job summary

Nordic Naturals is seeking a Customer Service Associate to process specialty orders for Authorized Resellers and handle invoicing for key accounts. The role includes open order cleanup to ensure customers are charged correctly and may support overflow orders during peak times.

The position is on-site preferred, with remote options for those outside the 40-mile radius of Watsonville HQ; occasional travel to headquarters may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Science or related field or 4 years related experience.
• Attention to detail with accurate order entry.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process specialty orders including EDI and Education orders.
• Handle Key Account promotional orders and Specialty orders.
• Invoicing through EDI for designated Key Accounts.
• Close open sales orders left open for low inventory items.
• Back-up order entry or returns and credits as needed.
• Coordinate with Accounting for account clean-up and credits.
