Sweet Epic Travels is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for clients and deliver outstanding service from home, ensuring timely, accurate responses.

You will handle inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions, conduct outbound calls to promote services, negotiate terms within policy, and work with marketing to boost engagement while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data security in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing with a customer focus.
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication skills.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is desirable.
• HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Multilingual capabilities to serve diverse clients.
