Job summary

Sweet Epic Travels is seeking a Remote Customer Support Team Lead to elevate client interactions and foster lasting relationships from home.

You will be the primary contact for clients, managing inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits, and account questions, while coordinating with marketing to boost engagement and retention. This role emphasizes proactive communication, multilingual capabilities, and HIPAA compliant handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing sales experience in outside/retail or telemarketing roles.
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication skills; bilingual a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data analysis.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is desirable.
• Excellent customer service with awareness of HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels
• Manage client inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and identify new sales opportunities
• Negotiate terms and solutions with clients to meet their needs while aligning with company policies
• Support sales administration tasks such as processing documentation, updating records, and tracking client interactions
• Analyze client data to identify trends, improve service delivery, and recommend tailored solutions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance client engagement and retention
