Job summary

Sweetepictravels is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to be the primary liaison for clients, handling insurance sales inquiries, benefits questions, and account support from home.

You will engage across channels, conduct outbound outreach to promote services, negotiate with clients, and analyze data to tailor solutions while collaborating with marketing to boost engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing focused on customer interactions.
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication abilities; bilingual a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration and ability to analyze client data.
• HIPAA awareness is required when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients across channels.
• Handle inquiries about insurance sales, benefits administration, and accounts.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and generate sales.
• Negotiate terms with clients per company policies.
• Support sales administration: documents, records, and tracking.
