You will troubleshoot technical issues, resolve support cases, and develop deep expertise across product areas to support Field Engineering and collaborate with Sales and Product Engineering.

The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing support, a background in database tech, and proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with Snowflake and Azure is expected.
