Job summary

RelationalAI, a globally distributed company, is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to learn our products, support processes, and handle customer cases. You will grow into a Subject Matter Expert for areas of interest, collaborating with Field and Product Engineering to improve the product and support we provide.

You will be part of the Support Engineering team, with opportunities to advocate for customers, streamline processes, and leverage AI-assisted troubleshooting to accelerate issue

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing support role.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering, or other technical fields.
• Proficient in programming languages - Python, SQL etc.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer problems and drive resolution.
• Handle a range of support requests during business hours with on-call as needed.
• Develop technical understanding of RelationalAI platform for troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering and Product Engineering to resolve issues.
• Help define fixes and product enhancements with Product teams.
