RelationalAI is seeking a Customer Support Engineer who will learn our products and provide expert support to customers remotely. You’ll handle cases, become a SME for key areas, and help improve our product and support processes across a globally distributed team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Field Engineering, and Product Engineering to resolve issues quickly, and to deliver a high-quality customer experience with our AI platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing support role.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn RelationalAI products and standard support processes while handling customer cases.
• Grow into a Subject Matter Expert and assist Field/Product Engineering teams.
• Collaborate to improve product and support workflows and customer experience.
