SolvOne is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support our Dispatch Team in the Petroleum industry. You will work from home, coordinating with technicians and clients to resolve issues promptly.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with paid training and supplied equipment. We offer growth opportunities within a supportive, learning-focused environment and a schedule that includes morning and swing shifts in CT time.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service-related experience.
• A strong internet connection and the ability to set up a home office with company provided equipment.
• Must be a resident of Tennessee in the Nashville area.

• Receive and dispatch technicians for client sites.
