SolvOne is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our Dispatch Team, supporting petroleum industry clients by coordinating technician deployments from a home office.

Pay starts at $18.00 per hour with paid training and equipment provided. We offer a supportive, growth‑oriented environment and a schedule that fits remote work needs. Applicants must reside in the Appleton, Wisconsin area and have at least one year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service-related experience.
• Strong internet connection and ability to set up a home office with company provided equipment.
• Must be a resident of Appleton Wisconsin area.
• Positive attitude, great work ethic and a passion for helping others.
• Be dependable and committed to being at work on time.
• Dedicate full attention to work during shifts.
• Ability to learn new information, policies and skills including software.
• Know your way around a computer including Microsoft Office/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of technicians to client locations.
• Assist customers via phone and computer interactions to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate service updates.
