Job summary

Mansfield Oil Company in Denver, Colorado seeks a Customer Service Representative to support customers with initial fuel delivery requests, enter orders into our ERP, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

You'll collaborate with teammates across departments, provide back‑up coverage, and communicate progress to customers throughout the process. A hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) is available after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in customer service.
• Familiarity with dispatching and coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to support assigned customers.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Enter orders into the ERP system accurately and timely.
• Provide frontline communication with customers throughout order processing.
• Confirm loads with carriers and ensure successful delivery.
