Training starts on Monday, November 30, 2026, with sessions Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm EST. After training, hours extend 7:00 am–9:00 pm EST on weekdays and 7:00 am–5:00 pm EST on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Effective call handling and professional communication are required.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and able to learn client software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with billing inquiries and concerns.
• Document and input accurate account information into client systems.
• Explain account status and inquiries clearly to customers.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations relevant to the role.
