Pindrop is seeking a remote-based CSM in the United States to manage a defined portfolio of commercial and mid-market accounts, drive adoption, health, and renewal coordination, and partner with Sales, Support and Product to deliver value.

You will build success plans, conduct adoption check-ins, track Gainsight health scores, and translate outcomes into business terms, aiming to grow relationships and prepare for more complex enterprise work.

Competenze

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success or account management in SaaS/tech

Mansioni

• Manage a defined portfolio of commercial and mid-market accounts.
• Build rapport with day-to-day customer contacts and become a trusted advisor.
• Lead adoption check-ins and identify underutilized features to drive value.
• Own renewal coordination end-to-end with sales partners and maintain renewal forecasts in Gainsight.
• Coordinate with Support/Product to resolve root causes and drive customer outcomes.
