Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive long-term value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. This remote role requires residing in one of the US states and emphasizes renewal ownership and GRR targets.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops to deliver consistent customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with retention/renewals.
• Proven ability to meet retention and renewal targets.

Aufgaben

• Own assigned customer accounts through lifecycle and renewal.
• Lead renewal planning, engage stakeholders, and drive value demonstrations.
• Coordinate onboarding, adoption, and post-sale success activities.
• Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance and Revenue Ops to optimize renewal outcomes.
• Prepare renewal forecasts and participate in QBRs with customers.
