Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive long-term value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.

This role is 100% remote with location eligibility in multiple states. You will own renewals, manage GRR targets, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure measurable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience managing a portfolio with retention/renewals.
• Experience with SaaS and subscription metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning and push for GRR targets.
• Engage customers with regular meetings and QBRs.
• Drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops.
• Maintain renewal forecasts and flag revenue risks.
