Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. This revenue-accountable role requires strong relationship management, analytical skills, and renewal leadership.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops to deliver a consistent customer experience. Remote role; candidate must reside in the United States in listed states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with renewal responsibility.
• Proven track record in meeting retention, renewal, or revenue targets.
• Background with SaaS, subscription-based services, or software products.
• Strong understanding of contract renewals, customer lifecycle, and ARR metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Drive product adoption and demonstrate measurable value to customers.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
• Conduct QBRs and maintain proactive customer outreach and health monitoring.
• Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risks through account plans.
