Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive value through onboarding, adoption, and retention, and own renewal execution. This revenue-accountable role partners with Sales, Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure a consistent customer experience.

The role is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in one of the allowed states in the U.S. to be considered.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with retention/renewals responsibility.
• Proven track record in meeting renewal and retention targets.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Conduct customer reviews and business reviews to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops.
• Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot and monitor health metrics.
