Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Bridg, an enterprise identity resolution and onboarding platform. This role supports national restaurant, CPG, and retail brands by guiding day-to-day client operations and ensuring maximum value from Bridg’s client engagement model.

You will assist with onboarding, track client usage, prepare performance updates, and collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Technical Operations to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role (agency, PR, client-side, consulting, or tech) or a strong internship background in a similar function.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology (e.g., 1PD/3PD, martech/adtech platforms, CDPs) is a plus with eagerness to build deeper expertise.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client requests and tasks at once.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Comfort with data — able to read a report or dashboard and summarize what it means in plain English.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, serving as a responsive point of contact for routine questions and requests, in partnership with a senior CSM.
• Help execute Bridg's client engagement model — assisting with onboarding tasks, status updates, and recurring client touchpoints.
• Monitor client usage and flag early signs of risk or opportunity to the broader Customer Success team.
• Assist in preparing reporting, performance summaries, and materials for client meetings and business reviews.
• Learn Bridg's products in depth, and begin fielding first-line client questions, escalating more complex issues to senior team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, and Technical Operations to help resolve client issues in a timely manner.
