Job summary

Bridg, part of PAR Technology, seeks a Customer Success Manager to support partnerships with national restaurant, CPG, and retail brands. You’ll manage day-to-day client requests, assist onboarding, monitor usage, and help prepare client meetings.

This entry point offers growth into a full CS Manager role within Bridg’s retail media and data platform. You will collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Tech Ops to resolve issues, learning Bridg's offerings and contributing to client satisfaction

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional customer-facing experience.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (1PD/3PD; martech/adtech) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with data; able to summarize dashboards in plain English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, in partnership with a senior CSM.
• Assist onboarding tasks, status updates, and recurring client touchpoints.
• Monitor client usage and flag early signs of risk or opportunity.
• Prepare reporting, performance summaries, and materials for client meetings.
• Learn Bridg's products in depth and field first-line client questions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, and Technical Operations to resolve issues.
