Bridg, part of PAR Technology, is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support partnerships with national restaurant, CPG, and retail brands. You will help manage day-to-day client operations, learn Bridg's engagement model, and contribute to client satisfaction, usage, and retention.

This entry-level role offers a pathway to a full Customer Success Manager position and requires the ability to learn Bridg’s products in depth while collaborating with Product, Delivery, and Technical Operations

Qualificações

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role or strong internship background.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests.
• Comfort with data and ability to summarize insights in plain English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; slide creation and spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day management of assigned client accounts and act as a contact for routine questions.
• Assist in onboarding tasks, status updates, and recurring client touchpoints.
• Monitor client usage and flag early signs of risk or opportunity to senior staff.
• Prepare reporting and performance materials for client meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, and Technical Operations to resolve issues.
