Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation, Bridg Customer Success team, is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support national restaurant, CPG, and retail brands. The role focuses on day-to-day client operations, onboarding, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

You will learn Bridg's products, monitor usage, and collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Technical Operations to resolve issues while growing into a full CSM role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Entry-level or internship experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus and willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, in partnership with a senior CSM.
• Help execute Bridg's client engagement model—assisting with onboarding tasks, status updates, and recurring client touchpoints.
• Monitor client usage and flag early signs of risk or opportunity to the broader Customer Success team.
• Assist in preparing reporting, performance summaries, and materials for client meetings and business reviews.
• Learn Bridg's products in depth, and begin fielding first-line client questions, escalating more complex issues to senior team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, and Technical Operations to help resolve client issues in a timely manner.
