DBeaver is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive renewals and expansions while building trusted relationships with our customers. You will partner with client organizations to align DBeaver solutions with evolving data needs and strategic goals.

In this remote US-based role, you will own onboarding, lead QBRs, and collaborate with support and sales to maximize customer value. A proactive mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with renewals or upselling.
• Strong ability to build and nurture customer relationships.
• Familiarity with sales processes including negotiating and closing.
• Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Proactively engage customers to ensure timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and align solutions with goals.
• Drive renewal retention, expansion revenue, and reduce churn through effective management.
• Lead onboarding and post-onboarding check-ins, including QBRs.
• Coordinate with technical support to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collect feedback to improve customer satisfaction metrics and product direction.
